Q: I thought I was pre-registered but my log-in doesn’t work?

A: Are you on the Sign up page instead of the Login page? If you see fields beyond just name and password, you’re on the wrong page! Head to the Login page and you’ll be all good.

Not the problem? Are you inputting your work or personal email address? You’ll need to use your work one. Does your company have multiple email domains? Try the other one/s...the pre-registered email would be what finance have on record for you so it may not be the work email you use every day.

If you still can’t get in, simply Sign up afresh with your preferred email address, select Associate to Company from the dropdown menu and ask to join your Company.
